Crafted by our North Carolina upholstery artisans working with some of the finest materials sourced around the world. Frames are craftsman-built using cross-directional hardwood laminate. Seats and backrests are supported by a resilient network of flexible webbing for reliable, evenly distributed comfort. Cushion cores are made with dense, eco-friendly foam made partly from sustainable, plant-based material. Seat cushions are padded with sterilized down, feathers, and poly-fiber to create a relaxing, “sink-into” feel. Cushions are wrapped in cotton, down-proof casings to maintain their shape. Channel-stitching keeps padding in place for added resilience. Solid steel swivel and gliding mechanisms are bolted to frames for lasting strength and reliability.
