Jockey Delivery Is the Retailer

Jockey Delivery (Jockey Ventures) is the retailer and merchant of record for every order on delivery.jockeyvc.com. When you order, you buy from Jockey Delivery — we fulfill your order from local San Antonio retail shelves through our courier network at the published shelf price, plus a flat $9.99 delivery fee. Delivery windows are based on Jockey courier hours (Mon–Sat 10 AM–8 PM, Sun 12 PM–8 PM CT) and confirmed before payment. Third-party trademarks, brand names, and store names are the property of their respective owners and do not imply endorsement, authorization, or sponsorship.

Jockey Ventures (operating as Jockey VC / Jockey Delivery, 'delivery.jockeyvc.com' / 'jockeyvc.com') is the retailer and merchant of record. Products on this site are sold by Jockey Delivery and fulfilled from local retail inventory through our on-demand courier network — local stores are our supply shelves, not the seller. By accessing our website, browsing retail inventory, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of Service: Retail Sale & Local Fulfillment

Jockey Delivery is an on-demand local retailer. When you order, you buy the product from us — Jockey Ventures (doing business as Jockey Delivery) is the merchant of record for every transaction on https://delivery.jockeyvc.com. We fulfill your order from live local store shelves through our courier network.

Retailer of Record: Your purchase is a retail sale by Jockey Delivery. We are the seller; the charge on your statement is from us.
Local Shelf Fulfillment: Our courier collects your item from a local brick-and-mortar retail store shelf, verifies its condition, and checks out at the register at the published shelf price. Local stores are our supply shelves, not the seller.
Transfer of Title: Title to the goods transfers to you when your order is delivered. Jockey Delivery does not manufacture inventory or operate centralized warehouses.

3. Intellectual Property & Nominative Fair Use Notice

We believe in complete transparency regarding brand relationships:

Nominative Identification: Product names, brand trademarks, logos, and retailer names appearing on https://delivery.jockeyvc.com are used solely for nominative identification of genuine physical items available on local store shelves.

4. Transparent Pricing & Fee Structure

We strictly enforce 1:1 price parity and transparent fee structures:

1:1 Shelf Price Parity: The item price displayed on https://delivery.jockeyvc.com reflects the published retail shelf price at the local merchant store without arbitrary markups.
Flat Courier Fee: A uniform delivery charge of $9.99 USD applies per delivery order for on-demand courier fulfillment.
Applicable Sales Taxes: State and local retail sales taxes are calculated based on the retail store location and delivery jurisdiction.
Exact Total Before You Pay: The checkout page displays the complete itemized total before you pay. The final charge will never exceed the checkout total shown to you.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All orders are backed by our published 30-Day Return & Refund Policy:

Return eligible merchandise within 30 calendar days of delivery for a 100% full refund with $0 restocking fees.
Returns are completed free of charge with a prepaid mail-in return label. Physical retail stores cannot process returns for Jockey Delivery orders — prepaid mail-in is our dedicated return route.
If an item is out of stock on the shelf, damaged, or incorrect, you receive an immediate 100% full refund.

6. Warranties, Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Manufacturer Warranties: Any warranties provided by the original product manufacturer or retailer pass through directly to you with the physical purchase receipt.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jockey Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability for any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States of America.
