Position the contours of the hosiery/sock over the correct prominences (around the ankle, calf & thigh). 2. Slowly ease the hosiery up leg, using the palms of your hands, gently massage into place. 3. Smooth out creases, pull the fitting sock away from the foot, positioning the opening as comfortable. 4. Ensure the hosiery/sock is aligned and the blood flow is not restricted. Wash and Care: Turn inside out before washing. Hand wash cold only. Dry flat or air dry away from direct heat.
