ECC El Salvador- Santa Isabel (Natural) Whole Bean Coffee

El Salvador Santa Isabel results in a fruit forward, much sweeter coffee. It's fantastic as a pour over or espresso. In this coffee we taste notes of milk chocolate, black cherry and honey. It's not super fruit forward and most people who try this coffee for the first time are shocked at how sweet and smooth it is. A must try! Located in the northern part of the San Miguel Volcano, cultivated mainly with the Bourbon and Pacas varieties. This farm has a considerable amount of shade, a climate between 19 and 30 C as well as a very stable annual rainfall of 78-80 inches. Santa Isabel is known for producing a rich, medium acidity cup of coffee. Roasted in San Antonio, Tx by Estate Coffee Co.
