Just swipe on, top with Olive and June's Quick Dry Top Coat, and watch your nails dry in about a minute. Sparkle Fairy is an iridescent micro-flake long-lasting top coat with a magenta shift. Lift the brush out of the bottle and wipe the top coat off one side of the brush. Paint the nail in 2-3 strokes per coat, allowing 5-10 minutes to dry between each coat.
