Twist the dial clockwise at the bottom of the pen until a small drop of gel can be seen at the brush trip. 3. Smile wide and brush a thin layer of gel directly onto front surfaces of upper teeth. Allow to dry for 30 seconds. Twist the dial again to obtain additional gel as needed to coat the lower teeth, then repeat on lower teeth. After 60 seconds, relax your smile. 4.
