Intricate Tree Bark II Framed Print

Celebrating the artisanal papermaking process of creating paper from tree bark, our Intricate Tree Bark framed print gives glory to its heritage roots. Centered in the Otomi village of San Pablito, Mexico, this traditional handicraft is practiced by boiling tree bark into a paste-like texture that is then flattened by a smooth stone and laid to dry under the sun’s rays—creating a thin, sheet of paper awaiting its creative potential. This collection is handcrafted in Mexico from naturally dyed tree bark framed under plexiglass. Each piece will vary in color, pattern, and texture, making each print truly unique. Features a black-finished wood frame. Hangs vertically from back-mounted wire.
