Mesa Boogie 2x12 Rectifier Vertical Cabinet - Wine Taurus / Gold Grille

Launch your tone into orbit with the Mesa Boogie 2x12 Rectifier Vertical Slant Cabinet, one of our all-time favorite rigs for players who demand interstellar tone in a portable spacecraft. This one custom finished in Wine Taurus with Gold Grille. This cab is pure galactic muscle—tight, punchy, and balanced, yet impossibly smooth and silky. It’s the perfect vessel for those who crave that 4x12 punch without hauling a black hole’s worth of weight. The vertical slant design gives you that “monitor-from-the-stars” effect, projecting your sound right where you need it—upward, outward, and into the cosmic void. Constructed from void-free, Marine Grade Baltic Birch (yep, zero voids in this universe), it’s built to withstand light-speed travel between gigs. Rabbet corners are glued and nailed for asteroid-proof durability, and the dado-jointed speaker baffles ensure your tone stays tight no matter how heavy your gravitational pull. The grille—crafted from strong twisted jute dipped in a tone-sweetening coating—filters your high end for a response smoother than lunar dust. Whether you're shredding on the stage of Saturn or jamming in a tiny Earth club, the Rectifier 2x12 Vertical delivers the same sonic footprint as a 4x12, in a form factor that won’t collapse your wormhole. When it comes to Mesa cabinets, this one’s the starship of the fleet. Strap in, fire up your amp, and let the Rectifier Vertical Cabinet launch your tone to warp speed.
