Lift lid and place a cotton ball in the caps basin. 3. Push downward with cotton ball 23 times until cotton ball moistens. Do not push without a cotton ball. 4. Follow directions to remove nail polish. 5. After using product, close lid and turn cap all the way to the left to activate lock at the snap. Read instructions before using pump. To remove nail polish, moisten cotton with Walgreens Regular Nail Polish Remover. Massage nail with moistened cotton by pressing firmly against nail surface, from cuticle to nail tip. Wipe clean.
