The Mermaid Effect is an iridescent pink shimmer long-lasting top coat with a blue-green shift. Lift the brush out of the bottle and wipe the top coat off one side of the brush. Paint the nail in 2-3 strokes per coat, allowing 5-10 minutes to dry between each coat.
