Suitable for use with a secondary absorbent dressing on wounds including surgical wounds, cuts, abrasions and skin tears Gentle silicone contact layer sticks to skin, not the wound, supporting atraumatic removal and repositioning Open-mesh structure with high perforation rate allows fast wicking of exudate into a secondary dressing Soft, flexible and breathable design; can be cut to size for improved fit and comfort Supports a moist healing environment; may remain in place for up to 14 days Contains 4 sterile dressings (3 x 2 inch /7.5 x 5 cm). Neo G Opti-Heal Silicone Wound Contact Layer is a soft, open-mesh silicone dressing designed to protect the wound bed while allowing exudate to pass freely into a suitable secondary absorbent dressing. Ideal for use on surgical wounds, cuts, abrasions and skin tears, it supports effective wound management in wounds that require frequent changing of a secondary absorbent dressing. The high perforation rate of the silicone wound contact layer prevents the dressing from sticking to the wound and reduces pain during dressing changes. The gentle silicone layer adheres to the surrounding skin, not the wound, helping minimize trauma and discomfort during dressing changes. Repositionable and flexible for easy wound monitoring, it can be cut to size for an optimal fit and may remain in place for up to 14 days, while the secondary dressing is changed as clinically required. By maintaining a moist wound environment and enabling efficient exudate transfer, it helps support optimal healing while protecting fragile tissue. Made in China Ensure the dressing is the appropriate size for the wound. The dressing pad should be 1/2 inch larger than the wound. 1. Always wash hands before and after treating a wound 2. Gently clean and dry the wound and surrounding skin 3. Remove the dressing from the sterile wrapper. Remove one portion of the release films 4. Place the dressing centrally over the wound site. Avoid touching the side to be used on the wound 5. Remove the remaining release film and smooth the dressing down over the skin 6. Cover with a suitable absorbent dressing to absorb any exudate © Neo G, Opti Heal
